Thank you! I love everything that you put out. Your class at Moringa Tree was so enlightening for me! I will never study the Bible the same way again!

Brandi I’m starting a study of John. Do you have any material that might be helpful as I study with a group of ladies? I am not the moderator but am interested in digging into the Hebraic roots as I work my way through the book.

Hi Cathy! Some of what can be super helpful as you study the New Testament is understanding the geography and culture of that day, and God's appointed times. These things help you understand what was going on at the time when Jesus said certain things and why He said it the way He did. Some good resources on the feasts and times are God's Appointed Times by Christine Vales, A Time to Advance by Chuck Pierce, and Understanding the Hebrew Feast by Valerie Moody. You can also get the Complete Jewish Bible by David Stern. It has a lot of articles and explanations in it about the culture and Jewish thought. He also did a commentary on the New Testament that would be great to read alongside while you are reading through John. I have not written anything specific on John. I have been working on several manuals the past few years for foundational discipleship in the Hebraic and now I am starting to write and release materials on specific topics.
