A lot has happened in our world during this past week while I took off from teaching and writing. God has been speaking through His prophets and His Word to get prepared because we are in serious times. Things are not “life as usual,” and we must shift with this kairos season if we are going to have peace and make it in what is upon our world. If we are in the West and think everything is just “over there,” in the Middle East, we are being deceived by the enemy. It is everywhere. We must pray. We must seek the Lord. We must fast. We must not bury our heads in the sand. We need wisdom, discernment, and to be led by the voice of the Holy Spirit. We will continue our Isaiah 11:2 teachings later this week on these things, but as we start this new week, I want to encourage us that even though we are living in serious times, every one of us was put here on the earth by God at this exact time for a reason and a purpose. Here is what Paul tells us in Acts 17:26-28,
He made from one, every nation of mankind to live on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed times, and the boundaries of their habitation, that they should seek God, if perhaps they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us; for in Him we live and move and exist (NASB).
