Praying with the Holy Spirit
Releasing the will of the Father into the earth.
We are in a new era where formula prayers will not work any longer. This time requires deep intercession birthed not from our soulish wants and desires but from the Spirit’s inner groanings inside us. This type of prayer requires intimacy and understanding of the heart of God. God’s ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:9). Therefore, intimate intercession will not always be our desires or what we think should happen. Intimate intercession will be led by the Spirit and express God’s will for the earth. This type of intimate intercession is one where we humble ourselves and ask what we are to pray. What is the Father’s will upon the earth? We then partner with the Holy Spirit to use our voice to speak those things into the earth to give permission for them to be accomplished.
Often, we come to God with our agendas and our prayer requests. Yes, God wants us to pour out our hearts to Him. This is part of intimacy and relationship. But there is another level of intimate prayer, where we lay aside our needs and ask Him for His. Genuine relationships require give and take by both parties. Part of our prayer life should be asking the Father what is on His heart and partnering with Him to speak those things into the earth. Psalm 148: 5-6 says,
Let all things join together in a concert of praise to the name of the Eternal, for He gave the command and they were created. He put them in their places to stay forever—He declared it so, and it is final (Voice).
As we partner with God to speak what He wants to be spoken into the earth, He is giving the command so that we can see the fulfillment of His will. If we hear His voice and declare what He is saying instead of what our soul is speaking, we will see our prayers being answered. For when God declares it, it is final.
What is the Spirit speaking today? Today, the Spirit quickened me to pray and decree Isaiah 43:5-8, Voice. Practically, how did I get to this passage? I turned my phone on “do not disturb,” turned on some instrumental worship music, and got quiet before the Lord. The phrase, “If we are living water, the flood waters will not drown us,” came into my mind. That is not a phrase I would just randomly think, so I knew I was hearing the voice of God. From my Bible reading over the years, I knew Isaiah 43 talked about flood waters, so I turned there in my Bible to read. This is why it is so important to read the Bible. God will often speak phrases from His Word. His Word is truth and will lead us to His will. As I read this chapter, the Holy Spirit stopped me on verses 5-8. They jumped off the page at me, and I knew Holy Spirit was saying, “PRAY THIS! DECREE THIS! THIS IS WHAT HEAVEN IS SAYING.” The more you come to prayer in this way, the more you just KNOW deep inside you are being led by the Spirit. So I decreed today:
5-6 So don’t be afraid. I am here.
I will reunite you with your children,
bringing them back from wherever in the world they are—East, West, North, or South.
No place will be able to hold you when I demand your release, when I order them,
“Bring My children—My sons and daughters—from far away.
7 Bring the ones who are called by My name;
the ones I made, shaped, and created for My profound glory.”
8 Even though they fail and seem blind and deaf (and not for lack of eyes or ears),
bring them out.
There is a great war on the children and on the younger generations. No matter what the enemy is saying and blasting in our news and our schools, this is what Heaven is saying! Heaven is saying,
WHEN I GIVE THE ORDER ‘BRING THEM OUT’ AND DEMAND THE RELEASE OF ALL MY SONS AND DAUGHTERS, NO PLACE WILL BE ABLE TO HOLD THEM! THEY WILL RETURN FROM THE EAST, WEST, NORTH, AND SOUTH! NO DOCTRINES OF HELL, NO GENDER CONFUSION, NO ROOT OF REJECTION, NO DEMON OF LUST AND PERVERSION, NO WICKED AGENDA, NO PROGNOTICATION, NO PROPAGANDA, NO ASSIGNMENT OF HELL BEING PERPETUATED BY WICKED MEN WILL BE ABLE TO HOLD BACK MY CHILDREN FROM COMING TO ME! FOR I HAVE CALLED THEM AND CREATED THEM FOR MY GLORY. EVEN THOUGH THEY FAIL AND ARE BLIND AND DEAF, MY WORD IS GOING FORTH FOR THEIR RELEASE!
As I decreed it out loud, I felt the power of God being released! The atmosphere of Heaven was released. Permission was given for the decree from Heaven to go forth for the release of generations caught in the traps of the wicked one and the agendas of men He is using. This is what the Spirit wants to do through all of us. Release God’s decrees.
In this hour, let’s lay aside our prayer formulas and ask the Holy Spirit what the Father is saying. Pour out your heart to Him, and let Him pour out His heart to you. You will find your faith growing and your intimacy with God going to a whole new place at this level of divine relationship.
